Network Marketing Boosts Agents’ Income

Like any commissioned sales job, Real Estate sales can be unstable from time to time. With Real Estate sales and home values declining in today’s market, more agents are finding that they cannot count on earning a decent income every month. For this reason, starting a network marketing business is an excellent way to supplement a Real Estate career.

Both Real Estate sales and network marketing require good people skills. A successful Real Estate agent builds many relationships over the course of his or her career, making it easy for them to introduce network marketing products or services to their existing and future clients. Conversely, once agents acquire new clients through their network marketing business, they can offer their Real Estate services to those clients as well.

There are many network marketing opportunities that could potentially bring new streams of revenue to an agent’s business. Here are a few that have brought success to agents around the world.

Zurvita
Zurvita's product line caters to the average consumer. By using a discount card called CareSaver, individuals save money at many different stores. They also receive cash back on purchases made through an online mall, which includes stores like Target, Dell and Staples. In addition, customers are eligible for discounted travel and cash back on booked trips through an online discount travel booking engine.

The founder of Zurvita, Mark Jarvis, understands what customers and representatives desire. Before launching Zurvita in 2008 with his wife Tracy, he worked as a network marketing representative. This experience, he says, gave him a firm understanding of how to lead his representatives to success.

While Real Estate agents can benefit from the discounts offered to individual customers, it is more profitable to join Zurvita’s network marketing program. For a one-time fee of $329, agents can become a Zurvita marketing representative and start earning commission for promoting and selling the company’s product line. Marketing representatives receive a professional marketing kit, company training, full back-office support, and organization and commission reports.

An agent can also choose to become a Zurvita sales representative for a one-time fee of $99. Sales representatives qualify for all of the same bonuses and commissions available to marketing representatives, but they operate as independent representatives.

American Communications Network
ACN is another network marketing company that offers ways for Real Estate agents to boost their incomes. The ACN product line includes low-cost telephone, Internet, and wireless services, as well as digital and video phones. The company says it is the largest direct seller of communication products.

ACN was founded in 1993 by Greg Provenzano, Robert Stevanovski, Mike Cupisz, and Tony Cupisz. The company includes more than 1,000 employees around the world and is publicly endorsed by Donald Trump as a great business opportunity. To become an ACN representative, agents pay a one-time fee of $499, which includes the franchise, promoter, and trainer's license, allowing you to recruit customers from any of the 19 countries where ACN provides services. It also gives you access to the company’s customer service representatives, meaning that once you recruit your customers, ACN takes care of them. The company also provides promotional tools and an online office, where you can find marketing tools, forms, and support.

Financial Destination, Inc.
“FDI can give you a supplemental income that can far exceed a Real Estate agent’s current income,” says Carl V. Collins, a representative for FDI. “FDI representatives are paid weekly for clients who sign up, as well as getting monthly residuals on the same clients. FDI will assist a Real Estate agent’s clients by providing solutions to raise your client’s credit score so that they can qualify for better loans. The Real Estate agent will be notified once the client reaches a preset credit score. This allows the agent to work with them again in a few short months, so they will get paid three times from the same client.”

FDI representatives offer their clients a variety of products and services, including debt elimination, credit restoration, and identity theft protection services. For Real Estate agents, this opens many windows of opportunity for representatives to gain new clients. “Many occupations such as policeman, firefighter, and highway patrol officers require a high credit score to even be eligible for hiring consideration,” says Carl. “Once you assist someone to get a high-paying job, you will have a probable client in the future.

“Also, in this Real Estate market, many people are not selling or refinancing their homes unless forced to do so due to financial hardship,” adds Carl. “But many still want better FICO scores. Many still want to eliminate debt and protect their identity. You are the agent who made all of this possible for your clients through FDI, and you got paid to do it.”

In conclusion, there are many network marketing opportunities available to Real Estate agents who want to supplement their incomes. As an agent, it is important to take the time to decide what type of product you are interested in and could be passionate about. It is a good idea to look for a product that requires that it be renewed monthly, which would ensure that you get paid every month. This could result in a steady residual income for you to add to your monthly Real Estate commission check.
